What are you doing for Covid safety?

- Masks are option at Salon Exodus.  We are leaving it up to the client and will wear a mask if you do.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided for you upon arrival or you may wash your hands
- Please do not bring any guests with you
- Individual drinks are available on request

-At Salon Exodus we value the safety and protection of our guests and stylists.  We are taking all the necessary precautions  and safety measures to protect the well being of our community. 

Where do I park?

There is plenty of parking by the salon. You can park directly in front of our suite and on the side of the building. Also there is a large parking lot for the strip mall next to us that allows our clients to use.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

We understand the need for flexibility in our client’s hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. We make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client, do the same. Please give at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment and helps you to avoid a cancellation fee. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify your stylist at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charge and allow them enough time to fill the appointment. The cancellation charge varies by stylist so please check with them.

Late Policy

Please be on time for appointments and if you are going to be late, please let us know.  We will do the same.  If you arrive late for your appointment your services may have to be altered to fit the remaining time.  If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.  If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation/no show fee may apply.
